The eLeader program is a new national volunteer and mentorship opportunity for Girls Golf advocates, ages 13 - 18, who are looking for ways to give back to help their local program. In addition to making a difference in your community, you'll build professional and leadership skills that will help you prepare for life beyond high school.

Enrolling as an eLeader is the perfect way to earn volunteer service hours and gain experience in teaching, marketing, event/tournament management, communication, technology, and more! Not to mention, your service as a Girls Golf eLeader makes a great addition to your resume and college application!

Supervised Practice Sessions are designed to allow students extra practice time in a small group with a coach on a weekly basis.  This practice opportunity allows students to get in additional reps, learn to practice efficiently, and enhances private instruction the student receives from Coach Blackwelder or other coaches.

Upon arrival, each student pairs their phone with a MEVO unit or Blast Motion sensor that measures swing or putting data such as carry distance, swing speed, ball speed, stroke tempo, face rotation etc.  During the session students work out problem areas on their own or by receiving individual help by asking Coach Blackwelder when needed.

The Winter Season Session is focused on full-swing fundamentals and speed training.  Students will break into practice pods of 3 and move around the circuit planned for the day.

The Spring Season Session will be focused on distance control with wedges, carry range for irons, driver, putting, and speed training.  Students will break into practice pods of 3 and move around the circuit planned for the day.

The Summer Season Session is focused on addressing weaknesses students are finding when they are playing more on the golf course.  Work will continue on distance control with wedges, carry range for irons, driver, putting, and speed training.  Students will break into practice pods of 3 and move around the circuit planned for the day.

The Fall Season is focused on playing results and assessment, goal setting, and preparation for the next championship season.  Work will continue on distance control with wedges, carry ranges for irons, driver, putting, and speed training.  Students will break into practice pods of 3 and move around the circuit planned for the day.
